Cottage Rates:
West Wing motel cottage: $120 per night
Ruth’s Garden motel cottage: $120.00 per night.
Ada’s motel cottage: $135.00 per night
Hop Sing’s motel cottage: $155.00 per night
There is a $15.00 charge for each additional
person beyond two.
Deposit:
A deposit will be required, for each cottage reserved,
at the time you make your reservation.
A deposit is
required for wedding parties, family reunions,
and other groups renting all the units as well.
Cancellations:
Please, we require at least 10 days notice in order for you
to receive a full refund of your deposit (unless there is a
blizzard and the highway is not safe to drive). You will
also receive a full refund of your deposit if we are able to
rent the cottage.
Smoking:
As a courtesy to all of our guests we ask that you
please smoke outside.
Pets:
Because so many people have allergies we do not
allow pets (except service animals).
There are good local kennels available.
Business & Government:
Please inquire about business and extended stay rates.
